Stay at Woodcutters Lodge

Woodcutters Lodge is a modern shepherds hut on our property with beautiful views across the fields and a short walk to the apiary.

Complete with king size bed, large shower, luxurious linens, eco-friendly products and an incredible view, the Lodge is a quiet spot to enjoy the countryside. We regularly see roe deer and muntjac, buzzards, kites, hare, pheasants and most recently have been visited by a beautiful young fox. If you’re really lucky you may see the red deer, a weasel or a purple emperor butterfly.

Dogs are welcome to stay too, one medium or two small dogs are probably best as to not take up all the space within the lodge. There are lots of dog friendly places to visit in the area as well as lovely walks right from the gate.

If you’d like to book some bespoke 121 beekeeping training during your stay please do get in touch via email or the contact us page to discuss requirements. Bee Experiences will be running during the summer months with dates available listed on our site but if you’re staying and can’t see an available experience, then please do get in touch and we will see what we can do (please note experiences take place late May to late August).
